Regarding grooming and bathing services by 3rd parties

If you have contracted with any other individual to perform grooming or bathing services (including cuts, baths, blow-outs, nail trims/grinds, anal expressions, color, etc...) that arrangement is between you and that individual or company. Regardless of where you met them or obtained their contact information. 

The individual you have chosen may be utilizing our facility but is not an employee of CritterTown BathHouse Inc for those services.

It is incumbent upon that individual to obtain the proper licensure and insurance to expressly cover their clients; and incumbent upon you to request proof of such if you so choose.

 

CritterTown BathHouse Inc cannot be held liable for injury or damage caused by any such person performing services for you and your pet.
