Richmond's first self-service pet wash,

CritterTown BathHouse supplies everything you need to wash and dry your pet. The price of the bath includes the use of shampoo, towels, brushes and combs; even colognes for the discriminating pet.

With the "WE Clean the Mess" option, You leave the mess and we clean it up.

Our goal is to make the washing experience an enjoyable one for both pet and owner.

At Stratford Hills we also sell healthy pet treats, as well as toys, collars & supplements.

The Francis family opened the doors to CritterTown BathHouse in July of 1996 with a self-service pet wash concept that was already popular on the west coast.

We are constantly evaluating the comfort and needs of our guests. Over the years the bathhouse layout and tub designs have evolved to accommodate the biggest, the smallest and the messiest pets out there.

In 2021 a new concept was ADDED to the classic DIY then "We Clean The Mess" pet bathing.

We opened the facility up to "Members" in an unattended setting for extended access.

365 days a year, 6am-10pm

We also added a new location for "Members Only" in Midlothian, CritterTown Too.
