Regarding grooming and bathing services

 

CritterTown BathHouse Inc does not offer or provide any grooming or bathing services; nor do we collect payment for any such services.

CritterTown BathHouse Inc does not employ any person to perform such services.

Our services are strictly limited to providing a location and supplies for individuals to do their own grooming and/or bathing. Our business license and insurance reflect that.

 

If you have contracted with any individual to perform grooming or bathing services (including but not limited to cuts, baths, blow-outs, nail trims/grinds, anal expressions, color) that arrangement is between you and that individual or company. Regardless of where you met them or obtained their contact information.

The individual you have chosen may be utilizing our facility but is not an employee of CritterTown BathHouse Inc for those services.

It is incumbent upon that individual to obtain the proper licensure and insurance to expressly cover their clients; and incumbent upon you to request proof of such if you so choose.

 

CritterTown BathHouse Inc cannot be held liable for injury or damage caused by any person performing these services.
