• We DO NOT offer grooming services such as

  • Hair cuts

  • Sanitary cuts

  • Nail clipping

  • Anal gland expression

  • De-matting

• Service is limited to friendly, easily handled dogs. We don’t bathe cats.

 

• Matted coat-Don’t book with us if your dog is matted. They need a professional groom, likely a full shave. We will not be able to bathe a severely matted dog.

       Shampooing a matted coat is not advised since the shampoo will not reach the skin and         the mats will not get dry, leaving the skin and coat primed for bacterial growth and odor,         and a very uncomfortable dog.

 

• Aggression-Don’t book with us if your dog is aggressive or requires a muzzle.

       Ours is more of a convenience service to help you with your busy day, so it will be                   limited to friendly, easy-going dogs.

 

• Excluded Breeds- Due to their hair type requiring extended time and/or grooming techniques, at this time we’ll have to exclude:

  • Newfoundland

  • Great Pyrenees

  • Bernese Mountain Dog

  • Chows

  • any other breed with a similar coat

          We have a list of Groomers we can refer you to for these breeds.
