Cancellation Policy

Temperament: If your dog shows aggression toward people, If you know your dog will bite, If your dog requires a muzzle, please don't book with us. Coat Condition: If your dog is severely matted we will not be able to bath them. The shampoo won't reach the skin, a comb or brush won't go through the coat, and the blower won't dry the matted hair. All of this creates an environment where bacteria will grow making them stinky and uncomfortable. They'll need a professional groom, likely requiring a complete shave. Cancel or reschedule online or by contacting us at least 24 hours before of your scheduled appointment for a refund of your deposit. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours can use their deposit towards a future service or self-service bath. No-shows forfeit their deposit. Breed Exclusions: Chow, Newfoundland, Shepherds, Great Pyrenees, If we have to decline service, upon arrival, based on our stated exclusions (coat condition or aggression), your deposit can be used towards a future service or self-service bath.
